I had a fun time taking pictures of Taylor & Steven on our fun shoot in Seattle this weekend. It was great to have some of my photography friends Emma Jane & Gabe Van Wyhe join us to take pictures, try different poses, and new techniques.
We took pictures down at the bus tunnel on 5th and Jackson St. There was a Korean movie being filmed while we were there. We were only told to stop shooting like 5 times. Between the movie crew and the security, there were plenty of people just standing around with nothing to do but tell us we couldn't take pictures. It's all good...we just moved along until we got the shots we needed.
I really enjoyed Taylor & Steven's friendly smiles and positive attitudes. They were up for anything we threw at them and were easy to shoot because of their great chemistry.
Dear BLOG, I am sorry for ignoring you. It has been totally unintentional. I get busy with life and sometimes forget that you are there. Please forgive me, I am sorry.
Photography in Seattle | Huson Photography | Here are some pictures from downtown Seattle. I was up in the Zillow offices and on top of Hotel 1000. It was fun to take a couple pictures of the great view. You'll see Quest Field, a ferry boat, the Seattle Port, and more. -John Huson
Florida, Pennsylvania, Alaska, Spokane, Seattle, Tacoma...our family is all over the map. Thanksgiving at the Huson's is about bringing loved ones together and enjoying each others company. People grow apart...it happens. People move or grow into different beings. That is why religion and politics are off limits at holiday parties...even though it came up at least a few times this year. It is strange because you know you are a different person than you used to be, but when you are there in Mom's small living room you resort back to the kid you once were, and enjoy just being you. You think you are used to being apart from your family and in a day you get back together and you feel like a tight knit group again. Thanks Mom for all the wonderful food!

Go to Epic Edits & visit my favorite Editing BLOG. Brian at Epic Edits did a photo project and used a photo of me! Click on the picture below to go to website and see the different ways people edited my photo. It was really cool to see how people took the same image and edited it so many different ways. It was also really interesting how some people ended up editing in a similar way without ever seeing each others photos. The one I edited is below.
